About the event
Be Ready to Sweat! Monday with Mercy is an open level workshop where Mercy will take us through difference exercises and drills to improve our overall dance conditioning, flexibility, strength and technique. Â In the second half of class she will take you through a short combo to use the skills learned in class. Â It will be a great workout and training workshop!
